Problem intermissently with

when do you get this error ?

It is intermittent.

Sometimes if I wait a 2 minutes and hit F5 the program runs. It is not possible to delete the temp files as they are locked (in use by an active proces).

It occurs even when I do not use pages that load TChart components (But it looks to me like ASP .NET does a load of all dll's when you start it, regardless of whether they are as yet invoked)

Usually I have to restart the WinXP pro OS. Sometimes if I wait a minute and restart it works.

I can send you the ASP error pages if that will assist

I'll strip the application back to the minimum that will produce the error. This may take me a couple of days as the application is large
