Deployment and Licensing

Our developer posted a total rebuild of our system to the web server. Now the teechart graphs do not show up. There are no errors just no graphs. Before this we had graphs on the same server. (.net sql).

The developer believes the problem is that our hosting company needs to do something to enable the license.

I have read the forums here but I am not a developer and not knowledgable of the vocabulary that you use here.

The question is hopefully pretty simple: Is the problem of no graph

a: something the server people need to remedy?
b: a licensing issue the developer needs to remedy with code?
c: Some other problem caused by code.

If it is either b or c, some details about how to resolve the issue would be much appreciated.

I called and emailed STEEMA and attempted to get proSupport going but obtained no response. It is probably the weekend.

does your app. work fine in the server where has been modified ?
Do the ASP.Net examples included in the TeeChart for Net installation work fine ?
