Account reset with each new subscription

My account is always reset to zero with each new subsription.

Hello lilo,

I am apologized you, seems the subscription struct doesn't work as we expeced and seems have some problem. We will solve it in a few days, but for the moment, you can use the original license.

Hello,

A an system correction has been applied to resolve this issue. You should be able to login with the latest subscription code or the oldest subscription from which it is descended (ie. first subscription code). Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
