Cannot Install TeeChartNET2010VSNET2010Eval_4.1.2010.08047

Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_gdr.100618-1621)

IDE:
Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate

First Issue:
toolbo~1.exe - System.NullReferenceException

Second Issue:
Error dialog - Could not execute the external program C:\PROGRA~2\Microsoft Help Viewer\v1.0\HelpLibManager.exe.

Attempts to solve problem include:
* Turned off UAC, rebooted, logged in as administrator, same results
* Added assembly TeeChart.dll to Visual Studio 2010 manually, tried to drop the Chart control on the designer surface, received dialog: "The TeeChart Evaluation version has expired. Please see http://www.steema.com for a current release.".
* Tried TeeChartNET2010VSNET2010Eval_4.1.2010.08047.exe, same errors.

The HelpLibManager.exe error is a problem we've noticed recently in some 64bits Windows and we are investigating to solve it asap [TF02015099].

On the other hand, we've seen that after this error message, the installer shows the following message:"This installation did not complete. Would you like to rollback the changes that were made during the partial installation?"
Is this your case? We've seen that, if you answer "No" the installation has almost finished; only the StartMenu shortcuts are missing and the component hasn't been added to the Visual Studio Toolbox.

The missing Shortcuts are:
- Feature demo: "\Steema Software\TeeChart for .NET 2010 EVAL\Examples\DemoProject\bin\ExecutableDemo\TeeChartNetExamples.exe"
- Maps demo: "\Steema Software\TeeChart for .NET 2010 EVAL\Examples\MapProject\bin\ExecutableDemo\TeeMaps.exe"
- OpenGL demo: "\Steema Software\TeeChart for .NET 2010 EVAL\Examples\OpenGLProject\bin\ExecutableDemo\OpenGLDemo.exe"
- Silverlight demo. "\Steema Software\TeeChart for .NET 2010 EVAL\Examples\DemoProjectSilverlight\bin\ExecutableDemo\TestPage.html"
- WPF demo: "\Steema Software\TeeChart for .NET 2010 EVAL\Examples\DemoProjectWPF\bin\ExecutableDemo\WPFDemo.exe"
- TeeChart for .NET Help: "\Steema Software\TeeChart for .NET 2010 EVAL\Docs\TeeChartNET4.chm"

To add the component to the Visual Studio Toolbox manually, create a new Tab for TeeChart .NET in the Toolbox and add the component manually browsing it
from "Choose Items..." menu.

No, I get the series of error dialogs I listed and the install ends there.

As I stated previously, I attempted to add TeeChart manually after the failed install, when I ran the project, it failed saying the product isn't licensed.

The installer refers to the "toolbo~1.exe" and directories are displayed as PROGRA~2... why is the installer still using 8.3 compatibility?

Is the error message: valid license could not be granted

We'll revise it but it could be due to the InstallWise version we use.
