Ok, thanks for the information. Now I understand which the exact problem is. In that case, yes, I could reproduce this with your v3 application.

However, checking the TeeChart.dll Rock sent together with your application is 4.0.0.15034, which corresponds to v4 evaluation version.

Anyway, I recompiled the application Rock sent with latest v3 release available at the client area, deployed it into a server without TeeChart installed and could run it successfully the very first time I loaded it from the client.

Does the zooming example at http://www.steema.net/TeeChartForNet works fine from the problematic client?

Tomorrow I'll check the projects you sent and get back to you.

thank you for feedback. I'm very glad that you reproduced finally.

I have tested the example you mentioned this afternoon. It runs well most of time, but it couldn't zoom sometimes when I tested on a client which IE explore version is 7.0 .

Rock and I discuss the problem of V3.5 for a long time. Sadly, We can't resolve it.

Recently, especially when I build a same sample with the evalution version V2 succesfully.

I wonder maybe there is a bug with the advanced version.

So what I want is that where can I download old version? Such as v3.3, v3.2, v3.0 and so on. I want to do some experiment to test.

Can you help me to get those old versions?

thank you for feedback. I'm very glad that you reproduced finally.

You're welcome. I could reproduce the issue here with the project Rock sent using evaluation version of TeeChart for .NET v4. With our current v4 works fine. Also, it worked fine here using our latest v3 release available. Moreover, the project you sent is not a Visual Studio 2003 project as you mentioned.

Regarding your project, I couldn't load it in Visual Studio because I got this error:

Can you please confirm the Visual Studio version you are working with and the exact builds you'd like to get? I'll send you the URLs to download them. Notice there's an important number of v3 releases, you can find all them here:

I do test the two samples I send to you yesterday. I don't know why it can't be loaded by VS2003 in your computer.

I upload another application of v3.5. Please try again.

Thanks for your project. I could use it and reproduce the issue here. This only happens with VS2003, works fine with VS2005 and VS2008. I've added the defect to the bug list (TW77014210) to be investigated for next releases.

I'm glad to see you find out this bug. That means my work is not useless. I have been troubled by this bug for ten more days. It's really a hard time and a bad experience.

I hope you can resolve it as soon as possible. By the way , I want to know that how do you notice me when you resolve it and release new version? Can you tell me how long will take you to resolve this bug by your optimistic estimation?

I forget a important thing. I suggest you to test new release by IE6.0 and IE7.0 both. It's usually has different effect.

I'm sorry that I have to ask for help again. I want to load a old version to do a test instead of just waiting for the new release for a long time.

I built a new project by using version 3.2.2930.22967. It runs better than 3.5, but still have some problems. Since the function we need is just zooming chart well. I want to try another old version again.So please give me URL for loading version 3.2.2831.26850 Compiled in .NET Framework 1.0. Thank you very much !

Thank you very much, I have downloaded that version. What a pity! It still has that bug.

The application with evalution version 2.0.2546.16100 Compiled in .NET Framework 1.0 runs well. So can you send me a URL of the registered version just the same as the evalution version ?

I decide to try it for my last test. I'm really tired of doing that again and again. I won't try any other one if it can't run well again and I will wait for new release.
