Bevel Style has no effect on Rectangle Tool

I'm having trouble getting beveled borders on the rectangle tool.

First, I created a new Windows Forms Application in Vista with Visual Studio 2008.

Then, I added a TeeChart version 3.5.3065.19162

Then I used the editor to add a RectangleTool and set it's Bevels outer and inner to raised. It displays properly in the designer window.

When I run the app, the bevels are replace with a thin black border.

When I create a RectangleTool programatically, the bevels don't show there either.

Is this a bug? Is there a workaround?

We've been able to reproduce it and I've added it to the wish list to be fixed as soon as possible (TF02013328).
