We have a new 64bit machine where we are getting this error

Exception occurred creating type 'Steema.TeeChart.TChart, TeeChart, Version=2.0.2040.15119, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=9c8126276c77bdb7' System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

This error points to the licenses.licx file.

We did not face this problem on our 32 bit machines.

What could the problem be?
