Enable Marks Tip Tool in Teechart Pro 7.07

I have installed Teechart Pro 7.07 and I want to use Marks Tip Tool but i don't know how to do it. Where are these components installed? (Should I re install?)

I'm sorry but I've forgotten to say that is for C++ Builder 6

Hi aballesteros,
If TeeChart is correctly installed, at design time, you should find TChart component in the C++Builer palette. Then:
- Drop a TChart component into your form.
- Double-click on the TChart component to open the chart editor.
- Navigate to the tab Tools, then click on the button Add..., select Mark Tips tool from the list and click on Add button.
