File not found when installing packages with TeeRecompile

There is a problem with the TeeRecompile.exe, which causes following error message to be shown when 'Install packages' has been checked:
TeeChart Installation
VERSION: 8
RAD 2007.Win32 v11 (BDS v5 Professional)
EXCEPTION:
File not found
I browsed through some earlier threads about installation problem but the only solution offered seemed to be manual installation of packages.
However, at least in my case this error seems to be caused by TeeRecompile.exe not being able to find (or to automatically create) Sources\Compiled\Delphi11\Include folder. After this folder is created manually, TeeRecompile.exe executes just fine at least in my environment. The problem is probably related to only WIN32 Delphi 2007 being installed instead of the complete RAD studio.
Perhaps this information is of help in fixing the issue (and of help for others also facing the problem).
