TeeChart Pro 6.0 - Borland Builder C++ 6 - Vista Install

I've been using TeeChart Pro 6.0 w/ Builder C++ 6 on a Win2000 computer. I'm trying to port over to a Vista computer, but the TeeChart install fails and I get an incomplete install.

In Borland Builder, if I tried to install the TeeChart 6 components, I get following errors, example:
"C++ Builder 6: BCB.EXE - Entry Point Not Found.
The procedure entry point
@Teengine@TChartSeries@Delete$qqrii could not be located in the dynamic link library Tee6C6.bpl."

and
"Can't load package d:\Program Files\...\Bin\DCLTEE6C.bpl.
The specified procedure could not be found."

Does anybody know of a fix or workaround to get it to install in Vista?

Have you installed all C++ Builder 6 updates available from Borland?

Yes, I have C++Builder 6 Update 4 installed as well.

I have tried disabling Vista's User Account Control feature, but it didn't work either. Interestingly, I tried installing TeeChart separately on the C: and D: drive (uninstall done before next drive). Drive D: installs don't give me errors when I first load Builder, but when I try to install the TeeChart 6 Component, I get the errors. I don't understand the ""Can't load package d:\Program Files\...\Bin\DCLTEE6C.bpl." error, because the files are present in that directory.

One note, when I go to the "Component->Install Packages ..." menu in Builder, the "TeeChart 6 for OpenGL" and "TeeChart Pro Graphic Exporting formats" were already checked, the other TeeChart 6 components are unchecked, but give errors when I try to check them.

Ok, I found the problem.

There was no messaging during the install, but Vista was blocking updates to TeeChart files in C:\windows\systems.

Fix: You must manually copy the contents of "TeeChart's C++ Builder\System" folder to "C:\windows\system32" folder.
