How I can use japanese characters in TeeChart?

For now only a method to directly plot Unicode text to the chart canvas has been implemented. That's the only option available at the moment until CodeGear adds full Unicode support in the VCL framework. As you can see in Delphi's roadmap this should be expected for 2008.
In the meantime, to achieve what you request you should compile your application in a Japanese operating system machine.
