After manual modification of Legend's Item modification of Legend's position results in misplacing of Legend's background:

We've been able to reproduce the issue and it seems that, if you have the chart aligned to the form, once changed any legend item, the legend text position is not well calculated.

I've added it to our wish-list to be fixed in future releases. (TV52012509).
