Delphi 2006 QuickReport 4.07 and TeeChart 7.12

Hi
I am trying to make the TeeChartQuickReport component working but I failed.
I followed the instuctions for this, below is what I have done:
1. Gone to the "Component->Install packages" but the DclTQR77.bpl package was not in the list so I could not remove it.
2. Closed Delphi 2006 and removed all the files teeqr710.dcp, DclTQR710.dcp, TeeQr.dcu, qrtee.dcu, qrteereg.dcu, TeeQR.res, TeeQR710.bpl and DclTQR710.bpl files.
3. Open Delphi 2006 and gone to the "File->Open project" menu and pick the Tee7QR4D10.dpk package.
4. Changed the Quick Report runtime package from qrpt.bpl to QR4Run2006.dcp.
I have also, set the package build option to "Rebuild as needed".
5. It compiles correctly.
6. DclTee7QR4D10 did not compile correctly:
"Error: E2202 Required package DclTee710 not found"
Searched my complete computer but the DclTee710 file is not installed.
Where do I go from here?
