TeeChart8 TChartAxis.Title.Transparent

In TeeChart8 setting TChartAxis.Title.Transparent to False produces quite unpleasant effect - at any orientation (except 0 deg) rectangle, surrounding an axis title, goes quite far from of title text.

yes, you're correct, it's a bug, it has been added on our defect list and a fix for it will be considered to inclusion for the next maintenance releases.
