speciall characters in exprot to pdf

Hello
one of the reason why we decided to have TeeChart Pro is possibility to export to PDF format. Now im testing it and i see that my chart title which contains polish characters in PDF are not readable. I realyy nead to solve it up.

Hi guzial,
It works fine for me here using TeeChart Pro v7.07 VCL, which is the latest maintenance release available at the client area. Which TeeChart version are you using?

Hi guzial,
We are investigating this issue. Could you please send us an exported pdf file (empty chart with title including some polish chars) so that we can verify what's exactly written in the pdf file? It may also help if you could send us hexadecimal codes for those characters so that we can debug it.

Thanks for the files. We have reviewed the issue and finally fixed it for TeeChart Pro v8 VCL Beta. If you are a TeeChart Pro v7 VCL source code customer please let us know and we will be glad to send you the information to beta-test v8 VCL and new TeePDFCanvas.pas with the fix to this issue.

yes we have source code
question is when are we be able to have proper pdf file? i want to remind that one of the reason to buy version Pro (prevoius user of standard ver) was possibility to export to PDF format - there was no inforamation about this problem (i suppose that you didn't know about it). I hope that we will be able to create proper pdf files very soon

I haven't been able to identify you in our records. Could you please send us your customer number so that we can identify you and, if possible, send you TeeChart Pro v8 VCL Beta which includes this PDF exporting bug?

Thanks for the information. I have just sent you the info to download v8 VCL Beta sources. You should download and install them and replace included TeePDFCanvas.pas with the version which I also sent you. Then use Recompile tool included with the source code installer to compile and install the sources to your IDE.
