The installation appears to go successfully, but I have problems starting Delphi. I get the following messages repeated numerous times:

Cannot load package Tee77 TeeAbout in Tee70

DCLTee77.bpl not found
DCLTeePro77.bpl not found
DCLTQR77.bpl not found

The above files are all there.

When Delphi finally does start, if I put a chart on a form it is still Standard 4.04

I have uninstalled and tried again a second time, but the results are the same.
