Hi,

If I use TLegend, and the items displayed in the legend are wider then the TChart, the legend disappears, and this is ok, since I mean if its to wide there´s nothing to do.

But even if I use TLegendScrollbar, the legend still disappears, when the text of the legend items are longer then the chart width, should it work like this, I mean the reason you use a scrollbar is because the legend items in numbers are many or the text in the items are long.

yes, this is a normal behaviour. The TLegendScrollBar Tool, as you said, has been designed to be able to show all the items when there are many, not for a long texts or legend alignment to bottom.
This feature is already down our wish list to be considered for further releases.
