Help No longer works after installing TChatrPro7.06

After installing TChart Pro F1 no longer works for the C++ personlity.

If you are using TeeChart in BDS 2006 this is a known problem. This happens because since BDS 2005 Borland changed the help files structure and still hasn't put much emphasis on disclosing it so that component manufacturers can integrate their help files into the IDE.
