New Problem. Access violation when trying to access series

I worked thru the first problem with install. Now I am trying to work thru the tutorials and create a test chart.

I pop a chart on a form and open the edit window. I click series and get the following error message.

"Access violation at address 4231A9B5 in module TeeUI77.bpl. Read of address 0000001C."

Frankly, I've had this product for a week and have not created a single chart. I'm not at all happy with it's performance thus far. A well written product should not require one week and many hours of my time just to get it to work (actually, it's still not working). If this does not resolve quickly and if new problems do not stop cropping up every day, I will be asking for a refund and shipping this product back. What a disappointment. I have purchased other add-on products for Delphi and have never had anything close to the difficulty I have had with Tee Chart Pro.

New problem in edit chart

Following the problem listed above in this thread, I managed to hack my way into the edit chart box via the object editor. When I go in that way, I can get onto the series tab without the problem I have when I open the edit box by right clicking on the chart.

Now when I try to access context sensitive help by pressing F1, It tells me the page does not exist and I should contact the vendor for an updated help file.

Hi ModelBreaker,

Did you install using the binary installer for your IDE available at our Customer Download Area? Using the binary installer should have installed the help files.

BTW: If you are still having problems on getting TeeChart working don't hesitate to write here. We will do our best to have TeeChart successfully working on your machine.
