setting Chart.BottomAxis.LabelsAngle = e.g. 60 (not 0, or 90) results in the labels overwriting the chart when using the GetAxisLabel. If it is 90, it works just fine.

Thanks for the report and example. I've been able to reproduce it and added the issue to our defect list (TV52011058) to be fixed for future releases. There's no workaround I can think of.
