D2005 installation problem

I couldn't see the TChart in the tool palette.

I deinstalled all Teechart versions from my PC.

I installed version 7.04 for D7, 7.04 for D2005, sourcecodes, dotnet V2 again.
I still cannot use Tchart in D2005 win32 applications. The dotnet v2 is ok and the 7.04 for D7 is ok.

What to do now? Please help!

Hi Hans,

You could try using Recompile tool available at TeeChart source code program group to compile and install packages to D2005.

I found that you have to install the packages in Delphi 2005. This was never mentioned in any installation procedure from you or Delphi.

But it works again.

Hi Hans,

Yes, source code installer doesn't install the packages, that's why I suggested you to use the Recompile tool. To install the packages to the IDE we already have the binary installers. Using them will also install examples, demos, help files, tutorials, etc.
