uninstalling v7.04

To add insult to injury:

The uninstaller does not work either. It seems to go through all its activities, but the Steema folders are still there, including all the files.

Yes, our mistake. But this is not crucial as unistaller does remove the lib (the $(MTXVECLIBPATH) env. entry) so BCB can no longer access dcu/lib/obj files in these folders. Also, design time packages are correctly removed from the "HKCU\Software\Borland\C++Builder\5.0\Known Packages". Missing step (I'll fix it asap) is to actually remove/delete generated folders in the uninstall procedure. A quick and dirtry fix is to do it manually.
