When I set the DPI to 120 in windows setting.
The position of the gradient color box become strange.
How to fix it?

yes, you're correct, I'm able to see the problem here. It's a bug, I've added it on our defect list and a fix for it will be considered to inclusion for the next maintenance releases. I'm afraid there's not a workaround for the moment.
