My TLineSeries has 1000 or more XY-values. Can I reduce data with a TeeChart function in order to save memory/disc space?

What do you mean - "reduce data"? You can e.g.:
- eliminate every n-th value(s)
- average every x values
- compress data with loseless compression algorithm
...
