Error message is : Unable to download component Libraries for RAD Studio XE2: Component file version does not match
Please see the attached.
Delphi XE2 Update4 HotFix1.
Windows10 Pro 1803.

I succeeded install after re-download TeeChartVCLFMX-2018.26.exe.
