Can I Convert "TeeChart VCL" To "TeeChart OCX"?

I don't know whether it is feasible or not.

Can such things be possible?

yes, this can be done, but with a lot of work. There's a TeeChart Pro ActiveX version available (which is a wrapper of the VCL version with a lot of addings, .... etc...). IMO, I wont lose time doing which is already done, but must tell you that it's not impossible.
