Chart Title/Subtitle spacing

Hello,

Tools: Kylix 3 pro and TeeChart 6

How do I adjust the spacing between the chart title and subtitle? I could not find a property that controls the spacing.

I tried to use custom positioning for the subtitle. I got that to work but the top border/axis of the actual chart runs through the subtitle when I switch to custom positioning. I have not been able to figure out how to move that axis.

Any ideas as to the best way to accomplish this?

Finally, adjust Top margin on General tab. That's all!!!
