TeeChartVCLFMXStandardSOURCE-2017.21.exe problem

I've tried multiple times with different browsers to download TeeChartVCLFMXStandardSOURCE-2017.21.exe and it comes back as a 2K file. The precompiled works fine. So does the .20 source.

Thank you. Source download now properly is there. I did find a couple problems with the source that I've noted on separate threads.
