Problems with binary installer...

Hi,
a few days ago I downloaded the latest VCL source release and installed it (hoping my Gradient problem with the TBarSeries got fixed) and everything worked fine.
Today I decided to install the binary version to get the demos (looking for the custom labels example) but when I try to install it and register it (with the same data I loged in here and used for the source installation) I get:
- wrongkey.PNG (4.81 KiB) Viewed 14060 times
I tried it a few times and got unsure if one needs the Customer number instead of the License number but that seems to crash the installer...

Hello Whookie,
I would like suggest you remove the Installer folder %Program Files (x86)%\Steema Software\Steema TeeChart Pro VCL FMX 2017.20 and download again the installer from the
Client AccessPage. Then, run the installer with administrator rights and try install again the Teechart Pro VCL/FMX v2017.20.

BTW. could you please split the binary installers to have demos/examples in en extra setup. as source-owner its always troublesome the get the demos (the binary installer constanly interfere with the source installation)?

I seems I had troubles with my backup-ssd. After I downloaded the installer again, there where all the options I needed (including not to install the packages into the IDE)!

I would like inform that after install the latest binary installer using Teechart Source Code License in my directory appears the Documentation and Examples folders. You can check that in the image below:

Therefore, you can't reproduce the problem you experiencing here.
BTW. could you please split the binary installers to have demos/examples in en extra setup. as source-owner its always troublesome the get the demos (the binary installer constanly interfere with the source installation)?
I'm afraid it isn't possible at the moment. But, you have two options:
Use the compiled examples you find in the link below:

Or use the Demos there are in the Github Steema repository. You find it in the link below:
https://github.com/Steema/TeeChart-VCL- ... ns-samples
