install with D2007 and Indy9

Hello,
I installed the latest version (pro 2015.16) with a modified Delphi 2007 under Windows 7 Pro: for compatibility reasons, I cannot use the standard Indy10 components, but Indy9. When I try to add dcltee911Pro.bpl package, I got a message saying that IndyProtocols100.bpl is missing. Does TeeChart make use of network component(s) ?
