I'd suggest you to give it a try to the v2014.10 recently published.

I'm not sure to understand what property do you change from one screenshot to the second, expecting a different result than the obtained.
I read this in the images:

0 value > 1 value => 3d feature works well
0 value < 1 value => 3D X

But I don't understand it.
