TSeriesAnimationTool do not exist

TSeriesAnimationTool do not exist

Hello
since Build 2013.09.131119 the TSeriesAnimationTool do not work.

See TeeTools.pas (line 6522) array of TTeeCustomToolClass. TSeriesAnimationTool is not include. Why??
