Installation of TeeChart Pro 2013 Full Source

Hello,

We have installed TeeChart Pro 2013 Full Source (in Delphi XE3, Windows 8 64bits), but Delphi won't let us activate the components in the Packages list: we get an error message saying that the entry point in the DLL DclTeePro917.bpl couldn't be found (see attached picture), and then another one saying that the package can't be loaded.

We checked the Library and Search paths, and the paths for TeeChart components in Component > Install Packages, but without success.
We also tried to uninstall TeeChart 2012 and the recompile and install TeeChart 2013, but this didn't help either.

Do you know what the problem could be?

Hi Sylvain,

I've sometimes suffered similar problems. They always disappeared after reinstalling the component (through either the installer, TeeRecompile or TeeInstall).
Please, check you run the installer (or Teerecompile ot TeeInstall) with enough privileges.
