Cursor tool error on Chart Zoom

Hi,

I have strange behavior when using cursor tool and doing zoom action with mouse.

I have two cursor tools and when I zoom I expect that chart will bee zoomed and cursors will be visible in that range but cursors disappear. But when I move over area where cursors used to be / should be I can see that mouse pointer changes to move.

Is there a workaround or am I doing something wrong (there is no code at all). I noticed that error with version 8.08 and I tried to install version 2013 and error persists.

This is a know problem already present in the defect list to be revised for further releases (TV52016047).
I've incremented the ticket priority.

Thanks for your reply. Can you give me some estimated date about when we can expect an update, please? We are using those cursors and this is quite big feature in our software so we need to discuss about possible workaround.

A date hasn't been fixed yet. Lots of new features have been implemented and it's likely that we will publish a beta version soon.

We've just made some modifications in the TCursorTool so this behaviour should have been corrected with the next maintenance release.
