SubChart problem in Delphi XE2

Hi
I have Delphi XE2 Update 4 HotFix 1 on a Win7 machine.
My TChart version is 2012.06.120613 with full source code.
When I try to add a subchart in the TChart Editor I get the following message.
And when closing this window I get
What to do?
