I am upgarding from Delphi 2010 (win7 32 bit OS)
to Delphi XE2 (win 7 64 bit OS).
will TeeChart work on 64 installation of delphi?

Yes, TeeChart supports Rad XE2, the first IDE that includes the delphi x64 compiler (v2011.04 supports Rad XE2 Update 3, and v2012.05 supports Rad XE2 Update 4).
