TeeChart Pro for XE2 pre-release sourcecode installer crashs

Hi,
The installer crashes during the installation, after the pass code is entered.

Hello Bill,
It works fine for me here in a Win7 x64.
What OS are you running? Does the installer give you any error message? Are you running it with high privileges?

I'm running win32 XP pro. I've tried on another machine and got the same issue.

It crashes after Select Internet connection method dialog. The next dialog is the Directory dialog. If I do nothing for 5 seconds. The Microsoft Send Error report dialog will show up and saing TeeChart Pro 2011 Source Code has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Hello Bill,
Could you please try downloading the installer again (in case your copy got corrupted).
Did the older installers work fine in these computers?
I suspect it could be something related to your internet connection because we've tried it in several machines here and found no problems. You choose "Direct connect to Internet" option?

OK. I've just tried on another machine and it worked fine. The issue may have to do with McAFee. I'll look into that. Sorry for the problems.

Hello Bill,
I'm glad to hear you found the cause of the problem.
Try disabling the antivirus during the installation so it can access the registry.
