Binary install does not update help

I recently bought the 2011 version of Tchart Pro. After installing the binary for Delphi XE the help system is not updated and still only shows the help for the standard version. Also downloading the separate help update did not work. I tried it on 2 separate machines and it failed on both of them. I am using windows 7 ultimate as platform and Delphi XE as dev system. Can I do something?
