Binary install does not update help

I recently bought the 2011 version of Tchart Pro. After installing the binary for Delphi XE the help system is not updated and still only shows the help for the standard version. Also downloading the separate help update did not work. I tried it on 2 separate machines and it failed on both of them. I am using windows 7 ultimate as platform and Delphi XE as dev system. Can I do something?

Hello Rob,

Did you have admin privileges when running the installer? Maybe it failed when trying to write to the registry.
