TeeChart v8 VCL customers may download the version at no-charge from the customer download page via:

Hi guys,

TeeRecompile.exe looks for the Teexyz815.dpk files, but can't find them since they're not there. Copying and renaming the 814.dpk files helps - yet this is not the way it's supposed to be, is it?

Hi Michael,

TeeChart v8 VCL doesn't support RAD Studio XE, that's why it doesn't contain its packages. TeeRecompile tool was adapted for TeeChart 2010 VCL and RAD Studio XE. Since later v8 maintenance releases were launched after v2010 release that's why TeeRecompile recognises RAD Studio XE in your environment. The only solution for v8 customers is manually creating the *815* packages. Copying and renaming package files won't be enough, at least, you'll also have to update the dependencies on them as well.
