Hi,
if we use TeeRecompile.exe to reproduced we got no Package for QuickReport and Desision Cube!
The switch for this packages take no action! (log file)

Note that given the number of TeeChart versions, the number of QuickReport versions, and the number of supported IDEs, the number of possibilities makes this process quite complex.
We are constantly improving TeeRecompile tool (and we'll continue doing so). It tries to build and install it for you but it sometimes fails. That's when we recommend doing it manually as explained here.
