Under DelphiXE and latest TChart 2010 do:

1. Drop a TChart component and add a line series
2. Double click on chart and goto Titles->Text->Options and set inter-char spacing to 3. ALL labels and titles now inherit this value!!!
3. Goto Axis->Left Axis->Labels->Text->Options. You will notice that the inter-char value is 0 but internally is 3. Only if I set a large negative number it will much the real 0 value.

Can you please verify and propose a fix?

I have been able to reproduce this and added the issue (TV52015214) to the defect list to be fixed.
