Is it possible to have both x and y axis have both positive and negative value points? If so, how would this be set up?

Have you seen the Tutorial 4 - Axis Control? You should find Tutorials, help and New Features demo at TeeChart programs group.

Thanks, but I cannot find the tuorials. Is there a place on line where I can go read them. Also what would be the link to the Steema Group?

TeeChart program group can be found at Star Menu -> Programs. There you should find a shortcut to the tutorials. Otherwise you'll find them at TeeChart's "Docs" folder.

I'm sorry if I didn't explain myself correctly. You should find the tutorials at TeeChart8Manual.chm in for example: C:\Program Files\Steema Software\TeeChart 8.06 for Delphi 2010\Docs (Default English installation path for TeeChart Pro v8.06 for Delphi 2010) or as indicated in the screenshot below.
