TeeChart V8.06 and VCL Delphi 7 + QuickReport V5

I've tried using MARKS in a stacked bar chart.
The resulting data is always hidden behind the stacked bar. Is it possible to have the MARK infront of or offset to the stacked bar?

I noticed that switching to 3D with a value for 3D% = 1 is even a better solution.
