By using ChartEditor at run time is there is a way to save the parameter's chart in order to have the same when the application is relauched?

Yes, you could save the chart in a tee file and import it later. Take a look at the section TeeChart's 'Tee' template and data export/import format from the Tutorial 12 - Exporting and Importing Charts. You should find tutorials and demos at TeeChart programs group.
