Bar outer lines not drawn correctly in TQRChart (7.04 Pro)

Hi folks,

I have a bar chart in my QuickReport (QR 3 shipped with BCB 6) and sometimes the lines on the bars have gaps. For an example see this screen captures from my QR Preview:

and the same capture as zipped bitmap (without the jpeg compression distortion of the image)

You can see the problem with the bottom lines of these bars: Japan/Global and Germany Company

The lines are drawn correctly if I set the QRChart TeePrintMethod to qtmBitmap instead of qtmMetafile, but I dont want to do that because that makes the text in the chart look ugly.

Any ideas someone?
