How can I ReCompile Teechart 2013 pro for VCL Under the XE3

Hi Yeray Alonso:
When I run TeeRecompile.exe in Simple Chinese OS(without Decison cube), after I modified the Error of TeeConst.pas, I got the error info like these:

In the line 230 in TeeFormatting.pas I read:

Are you seeing any strange symbol? Any '?' symbol?

Yes， there is a '? under the line, Simple Chinese OS can't compile the "°".that's not the same with my language.
