update 2012 GetPointerStyle does not work correctly

I updated the Teechart pro component from 2011 to 2012.
After rebuild of a project X, the color of the (individual) points does not work anymore.
The color is set via the GetPointerStyle and this routine works correctly in the 2011 Teechart version.
The properties HorizSize, Vertsize and size do work in the 2012 version as in the 2011 version.
So far I know, the color does not work anymore....
What to do?
