When I try to install dcltee9qr516.bpl, after successfully compile it I get a message asking me for then QR5runNBDEDxe2.bpl
How can I solve it?

Hi,
It seems you are installing a package referencing the QR5runNBDEDxe2 package, that is the QuickReport package for the Starter IDE that don't include BDE support (NBDE). And I guess you are installing it in a IDE with a different QuickReport package installed, probably a QuickReport package with BDE support.
If that's the case, please edit manually (with notepad or similar) the Tee9QR5D16.dpk package and change the reference to QR5runNBDEDxe2 for QR5RunDXE2. Then build and reinstall both Tee9QR5D16 and DclTee9QR5D16 packages
