Errors After Installation

My initial installation of Delphi XE2 Professional (Upgrade 4 applied) on a new computer (WIndows 7) worked fine. I then purchased the TeeChart VCL 2011 for XE2 and installed with no errors reported during installation. However, when I start Delphi now, I receive the following 4 error messages. Please advise how to correct:

Error 1: Delphi XE2: bds.exe - System Error
The program can't start because fmx161.bpl is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
(reinstallation did not fix the problem, it only forced me to call Spain for another manual registration)

Error 2: Error
Package C:\Program FIles (x86)\Steema Software\TeeChart2011 for RAD XE2\Delphi16.win32\Bin\DclFMXTeePro916.bpl must be recompiled before it can be installed..Do you want to attemp to load this package the next time a project is loaded?
